Nice Ride!

only thing I wouldn't of done is stripped the hood other then that looks Great love the matt look

Its not my style but it looks good, I did the same as you I got a XLT / XTR with every option that I could find at the time (they called it a Luxury PKG for the xlt) as the basic FX4 was 8k more...and had same thought how to update it, still more to do....

We also have a FX4 black on black and was tired of all the Black vehicles we have and have had, so this time I went flashy instead XTR chrome package
and did it up my way, added Katzkin 2 tone Leather, Moon Roof, kick *** stereo, 3" Level, 34.1 " tires, and the list goes on....I still would have done up the basic FX4 the same way so I saved huge.
I love the way the seat base's turned out....you did a great job over all.!!

Cheers

Grant

Theres a ton of good deals on ebay.. I saw a set for around the same price as mine that had some lens scratches and no components that would be perfect to build up! I think the truck will really be brought to another level or style once the lights are in!

Thats what I was thinking.. just enough to put the wheels in the wheel well the right way, and maybe where most people wont really notice the drop!

Thanks grant. I was very pleased with the seat bases.. its the same single stage matte used on the outside of the truck, so it doesn't damage as easy as regular spray can paints. It was cheap ans easy to do so I was very satisfied with the outcome!

This picture made me happy, because this was what I wanted.. the truck has a unique and powerful presence in the lot, but its not "loud" or "over the top" imo..

The chrome headlight buckets really do attract the eye more than I want, so I cant wait to replace them with the OEM hids..

the PTM chrome bumper just survived a 600 mile, 80 mph journey to and from Vegas with no chipping or anything.. loved seeing my truck parked up front in the valet! pics of the headlights and console coming tomorrow!
