Hood Fitment 2009-2013
Will the hood from a 2009+ fit a 13. I can't see Ford changing the mounts but I have seen stupider things.

2009+ body panels (including the hood) are interchangeable.

He's making the claim that auto manufactures change small things such as mounts so that companies that make oem replacement parts will have to change their design and tooling so that ford will have the market with replacement panels in automotive body repair.
I doubt that's true though, it's probably way more expensive for ford to design new mounting brackets and to test them than for a company to buy a few hoods and relocate a few holes in a CAD file.
The only way I can see ford changing that stuff if hoods were opening while driving down the road or if they were shifting a great amount.
