Default Homelink

I finished mine the other day and it works great (looks like factory installed OEM). No complaints, whatsoever. I ordered the Homelink module in Ebay and since my 2010 F150 Screw is just an XLT, I had to order a lighted visor (driver side only). I actually ordered the passenger side also. But when they came, the passenger side was not illuminated and Tasca Parts and the local dealer confirmed that there is no light for the passenger side (again, Driver Side only with lighted vanity). I now will have the return the passenger side vanity mirror back to Tasca Parts for a full refund b/c their web stated "Illuminated Vanity Mirror - Passenger Side". My question to all, is there such a thing as 'Illuminated Vanity Mirror" for the passenger side for the 2010 F150 XLT? If there is such a thing, can you please POST the part number?

Thanks.

My invoice from Tasca reads part #:

AL3Z*1504105*FA for drivers side

9L3Z*1504104*CA for passenger side

On their website it didn't list any for 2010, so I ordered for a 2009. Hope this helps!

2010 XLT here. Yes, there is. I got mine from Tasca. My harness also had the plug in for the passenger side. Don't know what to tell you. Maybe all parts guys are not created equal.

Default 9L3Z-1504104-CA illuminated vanity mirror passenger side AKA sunvisor

I just checked the actual box/packaging that the passenger mirror came with and the part number is the same as everyone is mentioning, 9L3Z-1504104-CA. The piece that came in the box (plastic wrapped) had a description - '09 - P415 VSR W/ UNCOVERED VANITY 9L3Z-1504104-CA'. I'm confused and frustrated since everyone ordering this part number is getting exactly what they ordered - illiminated vanity mirror passenger side. Would you by any chance know who I can talk to at Tasca Parts that is knowledgeable enough so that I am not running around and getting the wrong part(s). Tasca Parts had this at their website but they had to order the parts from another place since they were out. Thank you all your help and to anyone that can assist, ncluding Tasca Parts customer service.

Default Ordered Mine...

Ordered mine yesterday on eBay!!!

The day I bought my truck, a little ofer a week ago... I asked Ford how I would go about getting this and they told me it would be about $350 - I told them to forget it. I ended up getting rid of my old, ugly, clucker "Clicker" and getting a newer, somewhat sylish model at Sears for about $40.

The one I got on eBay was $15 plus $7.50 shipping, minus $1.99 eBay bucks, so I paid $20.51... I will take back my Sears one and save over $20 - Thanks to this Forum and thread!!!

Thanks everyone!!!

Jon

Used off of Ebay.

They are available in all colors. Just make sure if your GDO is rolling code that you get a transmitter for rolling code. This one is not but is what fits in the visor.

I searched under "homelink transmitter."
