Yea, I know your pain. I used to live in North MS and work in memphis,TN and I paid out the butt on taxes in both states just to work and the same high car tags at that time based on value too. Utilites also killed me there. Moving over here Chattanooga was like getting 2 cost of living raises. At that time MS would tell me they were the poorest state in the union. I think they meant they made their citizens the poorest in the state,lol.

It's steep but not based on value. Was about 500 to bring in two vehicles. They don't want people moving here I guess.

In North Carolina we pay our vehicle property taxes when we buy our yearly vehicle registration. But, at $1100 your truck must be worth like a zillion dollars kev.

Haha, definitely not. My old boss up in Northern AZ just renewed is Ecoboost too. About the same amount as mine.

In Ohio for a 2007 Mercury Mariner and a 2013 F150 it was $149, $25 of that was for a Red Bird on my wifes Mariner, that what happens when you get the bird. Still pretty cheap.
