thats why i have a ranch hand brushguard. never leave home without it. a lot of deer around here. especially now that its getting cold there starting to move around more.

glad your alright and there wasnt more damage. could have been a lot worse

Holy crap!!! My dad hit one in his 04 about 7 years ago and the damage was similar, but wasn't as bad. The deer was a smaller one though. Best of luck.

Don't feel too bad..... I hit one the second day I had my truck, and a second one 7 days later!!!!
Crazy when I think about it, as I drive 60 000kms a year, and the only thing I did differently was slam on the brakes, normally I just ignore them, not even interrupting the cruise control.

Sorry for your luck but good to see the damage was isolated and it looks like the truck is still driveable.

To lighten the mood, check out this YouTube video... anyone who grew up in the north should laugh their ***** off. Any "citiots" (those who grew up in the city and never knew there was anything else) just won't understand.
