I had an Extang Trifecta on my '04 for 6 years, no issues. Great cover. When I went to buy a new one for my '12, the price was a little high so I sought other options. I got "duped" by doing a search on "trifecta" on eBay and found the TruXmart Tonneau cover. Basically a knock-off of the Trifecta for about $165 less.

Initially, I wasn't impressed with the rear latches compared with the Trifecta. But they've done just fine. They just don't FEEL as good as the Trifecta. Some of the foam insulators were glued on with what appears to be simple contact cement -- and didn't stay on in the Virginia sun.

Still, for $165 less, the cover seals well, looks good, and was worth trying. If it lasts 5 years, I'll be overjoyed. I took a risk on this brand but feel it was probably worth it.

Just remember to register it with TruXmart before you throw away the box (that's where they put the "serial" number.)

Had an Extang trifecta on my 08 and have one on my 2012. Great cover for the price if you ask me. Fantastic customer service as well. I forgot to clip mine in place and it busted a few pieces last year (totally my fault) and they sent me replacement parts no charge.

I had a Torza Hard Hat on my Ridgeline a few years ago. It's a soft top over a hard bottom. It worked real good for me and wasn't too heavy for me to put on and take off. You might want to check it out. On my F150 I went with the BakFlip F1.

I like my Rugged Cover. Sturdy construction, no leaks, quick release latches. No snaps or velcro to fool with. And it comes off in about 2 minutes with no tools. Back on in just a few minutes as well.

You can see it has a fairly low profile.

I'd really like a roll n lock, but $1200 new is waaaaay steep for me.

I had an Extang fulltilt on my 2001 F250 and it was a very good cover for me. I now have an Extang trifecta on my 2012 F150 and like it very well also. The trifecta is easier for one person removal which is why I went with it this time. Both are good covers and I would recommend either.
Another plus.....Extang cover are made in Ann Arbor, Mi. good ol' USA.

When I first got my Tonnopro. Took me about 5 min the first time to install. Now it's a min to take off or put on.

1 year later.

When opened it is only folded back 2 places so 1/3 is still covered. Yes it will fold flat and yes a cat walked across it.

The only two complaints I have about my Tonnopro that I just got is after a few days of being on my truck, I noticed a wrinkle near the most rear hinge of the cover in the vinyl on both sides. Looking at yours my67falcon, I don't see any wrinkles in your vinyl? I wonder if I should call autoanything or not. It's not that big of a deal and it still functions like it is supposed to. Also, there is about a 1/4" gap between the cover and the middle of the top of the tail gate. Never had any water leak through though.
