is there a way of disabling the built in GPS in my 2013 XLT?
I do not have the nav feature and I was just reading what Jim Farley recently said at a panel discussion in Las Vegas
“We know everyone who breaks the law, we know when you’re doing it. We have GPS in your car, so we know what you’re doing. By the way, we don’t supply that data to anyone,”

Or, just unplug the antenna........

Spectragod - It can be done, just as with adding features, you can delete them, you need your "as built" info off Ford's website, load it into a hex editor, turn off the bit that controls said GPS, save file and reload into your IDS and reprogram the truck.
