Hello friends, haven't posted in a while and am hoping one of you can help.

My truck is a 2013 Ecoboost and I've been fighting a surging for a while under boost, it started before my manifolds were leaking. I changed my manifolds and rebuilt the turbos, then had a wastegate mess up so I changed them both to mid boost wastegates from full race, I got a tune done for me from 5 star and it's still there, I replaced a few parts with no change.

I have done a data log and sent it to 5star but while waiting im hoping one of you can help. I have attached some pictures of the data log of the boost and the throttle body at the time of the surging. It's not the throttle pedal as it's signal is smooth but I don't want to just throw in a throttle body for nothing as I'm wondering if it's being commanded to do it.

I have no dtc's at all, and my truck has 190,000kms.
