20' for the street. 18' or smaller off road (not sure thats possible) The more sidewall the better. JMHO

I just picked one up with 20s. They look great.

If you're going to off road the truck I would go 18's

If you're going to leave stock or lift / tires but not really off road regularly go 20's

Just my opinion, but these trucks aren't "serious offroad machines". My previous vehicle (6mo ago) was a 2010 Wrangler - I can understand the debate for that type of vehicle, but for these trucks its not like people are out rock crawling for recreation.
