Hi all,

Just a quick survey/question. After I towed an enclosed trailer (roughly 4500 lbs loaded), the backend of the truck doesn't seem as high up anymore (or it could be my eyes)??

I'm going to measure my backend as follows (and was wondering if anyone else could with an XLT 4x4:

- On a flat surface
- Using a measuring tape from the middle top edge of the tailgate to the ground (no bed cover)

It would be interesting to see how everyone's differs.

Holy smoke shotgun man, that is one helpful booklet you linked to! Some great nuggets in there. I am not going out in the cold to measure my rearend though. I am still smarting over the wheel sticking out farther on one side recall.

I really don't want to know how high your rear end is anyway (WAY TOO MUCH INFORMATION).



I wonder if your rear end was lower, would your left and right lugnuts match?

Seriously though, I'm glad to help/payback some of the good advice and information I've gotten from this site.

seein as im bout 6'0" my rearend is bout............... wait wrong rearend. now i wouldnt mind knowing how high megan fox's rearend is. shes got nice headlights too.
