Yeah I I'm getting my installed at Thunder Bay Auto Parts $200.00 + Wheel Alignment (89.99).

I'm waiting till after News Years As Well as I am also getting a 3" Block Installed, Rear Wheel Well Liners, 8000K HIDS High/Low Fogs in the Stock Headlights, ANZO Side Mirror Reflectors.

Yeah I don't deal with pinewood ford on that stuff just there recommendations on tire size and max height etc and as far as other tire dealers go there a joke with prices.

Also they sell brand new F150's with a 2" level and 3" block and they run 305/65r18 tires or 305/55r20 so your tire size you want they have no problems with.

I'm in the north GTA and always run dedicated winter tires on all of my vehicles. I've run pretty much every brand, Federal, Hankook, Nokians, Michelin, Marangoni, Nexan, Toyo, BFG, Goodyear, etc. etc.

The best performing tires I've used have been the Hakkapellitta's ($$$), Marangoni, but for the F150 I've not run a better winter tire than the Toyo Observe GSi5. I believe they ARE studdable if that's ok in your area.

Holy crap that's pretty cheap. does that install include the rear block too? Rear block is a quick easy install but if that's included or not much more I might as well get them to do it. Pinewood is ok with Thunder Bay auto parts doing it? (As far as warranties). I might be going there after New Years now too.

No the block is not included but it's only $135.00 (ready lift) and there is no extra charge for the install. Cheapest I seen that block going for $150.00 online. I never asked pinewood ford if they are okay with them installing but they said as long as a reputable shop installs it and Tbay Auto Parts put in the most lift kits in Tbay and for good prices. Yeah I thought 200 wasn't bad but I never shopped around and I never considered Tire Shops in town as I find them to be the biggest rip offs on prices with everything.

yup you're right about that, they are big rip offs. I only asked them because i figured they specialize in that area. Ya thats about how much i paid for it on my other truck. $135 is a good price and thats what they are offering? I think ill have to stop by there tomorrow. What size block are you getting?? I thought i read somewhere on here that the stock blocks are smaller than they were on the 04-08s. I know on my 07 i installed a 3" read lift block and stock was 2" so it gave me an extra inch. Sorry for all the questions, on my last truck i did most the stuff myself but considering this one is under warranty I want to make sure everything legit lol

I am getting the 3" ready lift block and you are correct the factory block in our trucks is 1.5" so we are going to bet an extra 1.5" in the rear. I would also just install it myself but I'm in the same boat as you and want everything legit for warranty purposes. I would love to do a lift kit and that was the plan when u bought the truck but I just don't want to spend a lot money on it lol

I have a 2014 fx4 with 20" perillis with only 3k miles . We received a mere 1" of wet snow had to run to town. Hit the road almost spun out twice in the first mile. Flipped on the 4x4 and almost spun out again. Got to ask why would ford ever consider this tire for a 4x4. Made it back home first thing I did was order new tires going with adventures.
