Go to ford site and download the f150 brochure. This is in there. I looked the heights up once but forget what they were. But, it is all clearly spelled out there. Good luck.

I just happen to have a copy of the 2009 F150 brochure sitting next to my PC. 
For the 2009 Screw with a 5.5' bed, the respective heights are 74.3" and 76.2".
An approximate 2" difference in height between the 4X and the 2X versions, measured from the ground to the top of the cab.
