Not that I wish any troubles on anyone else but it is interesting to follow other peoples heater / AC problems and the repair of the same.
Keep us posted on the repairs please.

Thread revival! I’m having the same issue with the same exact console. I CAN control the passenger side by cycling the modes through and eventually I can get it to blow cold while reading 90° and hot reading 60°. Did you ever find out what was wrong?

Probably a door actuator. If you really want help, tell us whether you have manual or dual climate, and other details about your truck. Don't vaguely say you are similar to some guy from 9 years ago.

Thanks to Spiky and gDMJoe for the mentoring! Wanted to update that it was indeed the passenger side blend door actuator (NAPA part TEE ADA113) that took about 30 minutes to switch out... after I’d pulled everything apart the first time with the wrong part in hand! 😂
