No, it's both heated and cooled that's not working but there is power running to the buttons that light up.. So I'm stumped,

There is also a wiring harness that plugs into the bottom of the seats.....if both seats are out, then this is unlikely, unless they are wired together somehow.

I think it's a module.. Been reading trying to figure it out but crap I don't even know what the hell is going on. I might have to take it to the bastards that work at ford.....

My wife is 5'0 and I'm 6'1. She doesn't drive it often but one time after she did I found my seat heater wasn't working, took a flashlight under the seat and found a wire harness that had gotten loose, must be from her adjusting it to max forward and up opposed to my back and down.

Tomorrow morning I'm going to pull my seats a part and see what I find I hope it's a relay or a something unplugged, did you guys know that there is a replaceable air filter on the heated and cooled seats underneath the seats? Haha I'm going to have to check that out too.

Me to. I took mine to the dealer under my extended warranty and they replaced the module and the blower motors on my drivers seat.

This is exactly why I have the extended Ford warranty! Hate to think what it would cost out of pocket to get that done……….

Well when I read the ticket those motors were 200 a piece and that module was like 500 or something. All my repairs have definitely paid for my warranty and then some. I only have about 7000 miles till I am out. Then I am on my own.
