Default Headlights... Can't make up my mind

So I'm tired of my factory lights and want to upgrade. I however do not like the cheesy aftermarket leds on a lot of the halo style headlights. I want black with a smoke lens if possible and NO imitation leds. I found these and actually like them. Seems clean and has the hid plug n play option. Does anyone have a picture of their truck with these so I can get an idea of how they look? Any other options in a reasonable price range of a few hundred I'd consider also

Thanks

Chris20 - do you have a link to the ones you posted? Is that for the entire lens and complete kit?

I too do not like the halos and I cannot believe someone doesn't make an a HID retro kit that doesnt cost $500 +

A retrofit kit does not cost $500 if you do it yourself. Those housings look alright, but honestly the bulbs and ballasts are probably junk... and if you dont use a relay harness, youll have problems.

just did a search and found a report on the Anzo/Protuning lights. It turns out, according to the review, their ballasts aren't the best due to flickering and early failure.
I wonder if you could change out their ballasts for the Morimoto XB's. Would that also include using Morimotos computer as well?

Ok does anyone make a fully assembled and ready to install aftermarket light that is good quality and doesn't cost $500+ ?

Are there any forum members here selling retrofits that are all done?

I like to do projects and most things I can handle, but I dont think ripping my headlights open would turn out well for me.
