Mine are super bright, even more so than the HID's in my other vehicle. Go figure.

I paid $76 through Amazon, including shipping for both. I'm waiting for the fogs before I put on the headlights, I want it all at one time.
The Hella's I got were the 60/55W - according to some the H13 plug design is lousy and tends to overheat, I'd put high heat pigtails in for the 80/100's (was actually thinking about it for the 60/55's just so I wouldn't have problems down the road).

Thanks, I had no idea that could be a problem. Does the site you recommended have the "high heat pigtails", if not were could I find the them?

How about the headlight adjustment? I read that only the vertical can be adjusted, not the horizontal. Did I read this right?

Lights may be out of adjustment. Did you level or add bigger tires?

Amazon has some "Circuit Performance Heavy Duty Wiring Harness H13" for $23 for the pair. If you Google 'heavy duty wiring H13' you'll find lots of possibilities. I haven't done anything with ours so don't know if they'd work or not.

By the time you get done with harness and bulbs you could put in a good HID kit. lol

I have had alot of after market bulbs and nothing came close to the HIDs.

Well worth the money spent.

I replaced the OEM with a set of PIAA 4000K super bright whites and noticed a bit of a difference. What I finally realized was that I had the dashboard illumination on pretty bright, so the dash illumination was affecting my night vision. I reduced the dash light and noticed a dramatic increase in my ability to see at night.
