It also looks pretty similar to the plastic piece that sits over the centerline gear shift. But I cant tell as I've no reference for size.

Could it possibly be a home made piece put in over the cup holder? My 2011 seems to be cup holders moulded in one piece. Can't see or feel any seams or joints. Try feeling underneath to see if it has the pockets?

In my '11 XLT that was a cup holder. I have no idea what was done to yours, or if it was changed by Ford in later trucks.

There is no part number for the cup holder insert, it is part of the tray. that's not saying that you won't find one on e-Bay or the junkyard.

I can't find any part numbers for the cover, and since the Tray Delete removes the tray completely, my guess is that the previous owner custom made it.
