Anyone have problems with the TRS conversion harness or its relays?

Very nice write up. I have an extra set of front buckets that I want to convert for my truck. How does the high beam light up if you are using H1 bulbs? I thought the H1 bulbs have a single element? Sorry, still new to this subject. Any help would be appreciated.

There is a cutoff shield inside of the projector housing. When you hit the brights it flips the shield down and lights up further down the road. So it does not actually get any brighter, it just extends the light down the road further.

Got it. That explains a lot. I've been searching this mod, but all of the posts are how to install the mod. There is nothing that I can find that explains how this set up works. Well, I'm going to pull the trigger and purchase these components to try and do this install using the listed instructions on this post. Thanks for your help.
