I found these to be one of the cheaper places: http://www.k2motor.com/09--10-ford-f...eadlights.html
I just noticed that they raised their prices.

They make a chrome and black if you didn't already know.
Thought I would throw a little research your way since I have been looking to do this and have done an HID retro on my 4runner...
1. Don't buy cheap f150 projectors from ebay and add a hid kit, it will melt the housing after a period of time
2. HID kits in stock housing WILL BLIND PEOPLE, don't let anyone tell you different to justify their own kits. (It's not the cutoff, it the reflection that blinds)
3. If you are looking at a retro (HID projector in a f150 housing) it can yield great results, their is alot of room to add the projector of your likeing, however it will take some time and studying. HIDplanet.com is a good resource.
4. All projectors are not HID ready, you may have to cut the halogen bulb housing to accommodate the bulb and then you have to take focal length into consideration as the center of the filament for halogen is different from the center of the arc for HID. (look at cutoff, or color spacer mods)
5. make sure you use a HID harness for wiring (2 relay preferred) otherwise you can run into some wiring short issues. Startup for HID ballast surge 20000Volts but then tone done to use less wattage than Halogen.
6. One of the most difficult issues I had when doing my 4runner mod was not fingerprinting or scratching the reflective coating. This coating is VERY sensitive and can be scratched with a simple Qtip with alcohol. IF you did the mod on Harley lights it could be easier.
Good Luck - my 4runner link - http://www.use.com/Toyota_4runner_20...4ab6a8ecba2b8e

Yep, I was a member of yotatech for a while. They had a issue with my screen name as Vailguy it changed to V@ilguy and I lost all my posts. Good forum lots of smart member who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. I miss my runner but am loving the 150.
