x2 dont go crazy with upping the size of fuses or you are either going to fry something or have a fire hazzard but you could safely put a fuse 5 amps more than the original anything over that and you can be in big trouble but like stated above i would try to get your money back and look into a good kit threw a reputable dealer like retro or someone else because 99% of the time they will work with you until the problem is solved!! good luck though man!!

I'm finding out tommorow what the seller on ebay is doing. he said he may send me a new kit but I'm afraid the new kit may do the same thing. I requested he give me my money back. do I really need a bi-xenon kit, because the other kits are much cheaper.

No you don't need a bi-xenon kit if you don't mind giving up your high beams.

Again, check out DDMTuning. Sealed units, all digital, lifetime warranty and usually less expensive than Retro Solutions.
