Anyone tackled the install of aftermarket headers?

If so, how long did it take and what advice do you have?

 

What year,Engine etc?

 

09 5.4L Supercab

 

dont buy shorty headers,just a waste of money.trucks have alot more room to work with than most cars so shouldnt be a big deal.my lightning was simple and i dont think it would be much differant on a 09.do it on a lift,get a good set to start with,as in kooks,and you will be fine.

idk i looked at the headers on my 06 and it doesnt look like a fun job lol!!

 

Yeah, saleman said, "it's not a fun install."

 

imo its not even worth it unless you are doing the heads and everything to go along with it!

 

I don't think I'll be able to stop at just headers.
