Having some trouble with ford

If I were you, I would take a couple dozen donuts to that service department. It sounds like they are treating you very well. You are getting called when they tell you they will call. They gave you a loaner. They check their work to ensure it was fixed and, if not, they keep working to track down the problem instead of making excuses.
Sure, it would be great if they got it fixed on the first diagnosis and sometimes they do but in the real world it sure isn't going to happen every time.
It sounds like you've got a very good service department on your side.

MGNY13 Yep brother, that's the way it goes sometimes. It is good to read the dealership is working hard to find the problem. Good luck.
BTW, ask the tech to check the brake pads. On these F-150's the brakes pad must be put on in the proper position (i.e. right side pads, left side pads) or they will drag. It is strange the way Ford set this up, and I didn't know it until another member posted his brakes were dragging, and the fix was re-install the pads onto the proper caliper.

You got a dealer who cares, you are lucky.
Just for your own info though, if this was on your dime dont ever waste money on turning rotors, just get new ones, usually turned rotors will just warp easier again.

Well I was told that my level stretched out a hose and that's what the problem was. But it didn't really make sense to me. I'm going in tomorrow I'll let you guys know

LOL I really hope they are not saying that a stretched rubber hose caused a caliper to warp or distort ...

But not for anything. It's not a spacer it's a coilover so it's not like it's forcing the controls past what the should be.

I don't really get what he's implying but I don't like it. Something about how if you raise the truck that much (it's a 2") that it pulls on the hose

I doubt its the actual problem. Will they try to use it as an excuse. Sure. I just want my truck back at this point

if you did indeed stretch a brake hose, it could cause to swell and not perfrom properly with the correct pressure. some instructions have you remove the brake line bracket before installing lift or level. they both are acomplishing the same thing. spacer is on top of the spring and your Quick lift just raises the spring on the shock. Quick lift springs are same length and rated the same as stock. not sure what is going with dealer, but as another said the brake have a front and rear pad and will go either side but will give problems. don't know how mechanically inclined you are but why don't you just pull the wheel and take a look at the pads. you will have to remove and inspect both sides. there is a good You Tube Video on this common problem with someone not knowing. just don't open the bleeder valve. you retract the piston without doing this, they make a tool or use a big *** screw driver and push against the pad.
