Default Have not seen the Ford Service Reps here for a while?

We left on a long vacation in early May, and one of the service reps had contacted me here about my driveline vibration situation just before we left.
I misplaced his communication, and cannot now find any of the service rep's posts to initiate addressing the problem with my dealer......which my dealer has up to now been completely unable to fix.
Anyone remember the user names of any of the reps so I can send one a PM?

Thanks in advance for your help.

What a HUGE waste of time. My dealer told them the truck was completely OK, and nothing need be done for me......and the "customer service manager" at the 800 number can do nothing other than what the dealer tells him.
They have NO authority over the dealer's service departments, and can do nothing for you.......why do they even bother pretending?

Feel the same way right now. You buy products from them with "warranty" but fight like hell for it. Recently my dealer tells me (we delete service history after 18 months) WTF. So now i have no history on a transmission replacement.

Shameful attempt at PR best case scenario.

And on top of that, the dealer is refusing to schedule any additional appointments to address this, so I can't get to the four required visits under our state's lemon laws

Can you go to your next local dealer? Sorry, I'm not sure how Washington lemon law works.
