Have a good Ford dealer Service Dept. Post it here to help us all.
There is so many post about bad dealer service I think it would be helpful to post the name of the Ford dealers that have good service departments. It could help all of us especially if we are out of town, and need help. I'll start with mine.

I have been dealing with Hilbish since 1986. We have had our ups and downs, but their service dept. has became one of the best. They listen, and try to help in anyway they can.

Mel Hambleton Ford in Wichita, KS has been good recently. Their service department is clean and quite fast for the volume of vehicles they see. The service techs don't ding up your truck or act like complete idiots, and the service "schedulers" in the office are quite accomidating. I have been told they are mod friendly, but I don't have any mods on my truck as of yet.
