I am considering one of these for a kayak: http://www.discountramps.com/hitch-bed-extender.htm

edit - never mind, I see you want to pull a camper. With my '99 F150 I used a Thule roof rack and a 'T' bar attached to the bumper for a 16' kayak.

I had a yakima rack system on my 98 F150 with a camper top. With my 2013 I have just been strapping my 14 1/2 ft canoe down to the bed with the tailgate open. I just got my adarac system from UPS today though...

I am painting the adarac today and will probably post some pics later this week.

Hard to see, but I use a set of Yakima Outdoorsman racks. I don't tie the canoe front or rear, just strap it on the bars and run a few ropes underneath to keep it from working front to back. Picked them up off of Craigslist.
