Has anyone fit the 2015+ front end / clip / components onto a 09-14?

There are a couple guys that have done it now. There's a Gen 1 Raptor running Gen 2 panels as well.

You can do the conversion (panels, suspension, tires/wheels) for less than 10k. Literally been done hundreds of times (09-14 non Rap to Rap spec). The price delta between 09-14 when only the G1 existed to G2 panels now is negligible.
It's something you can do in your driveway, neither expensive nor difficult.

The reason you could put 09-14 panels on a 04-08 truck is because the 09-14 panels were made for the 04-14 truck.
Putting a 15-18 front end on a previous generation truck is apples to oranges and isn't going to be cheap.

Even if you had to use all aftermarket - which you don't, it's still within a couple hundred dollars.
I know new Gen guys like to act like their stuff is completely new and unique but it isn't.
Anyone see the thread where the guy took a 66 Ford pickup and put in on an eco boost frame? Body mounts were exactly the same.

Anxiously waiting to see how fit would be I rolled the wounded 2011 chassis under the '66 Cab. Much to my amazement the '66 to '11 body mounts were in proper location! 46yrs apart . . . Using the '11 mounts on '11 chassis it dropped into place, except for of course the rear of cab on the '66 was too narrow so I just kept tail of frame down to double check fit and proper centerline of front axle into wheel opening.
Also note the steering column of '66 was right in line with the '11!

I'm not saying there won't be things like trimming or drilling a new hole, but it's already been done - and done in their driveway.

Edit: like I said in an earlier post, there's WAY more going on in that thread than just swapping panels.
The 'few hundred dollars' comment was in reference to the cost delta between a G1 swap 5 years ago vs a G2 swap now - regarding panel cost, not total cost involved.

This is correct. Nearly $8,000 in labor hours... FROM MY OWN SHOP.
Yeah, not even close buddy. It's been done, by me. I put a 17 raptor entire body on a 2011. Thats my thread. The amount of custom fabrication was far more than "a few hundred dollars" try "a few hundred hours."

How's she goin' eh?
If I could I'd find a cheap 04-08 crew cab and put a newer front end and a long travel suspension under it. I prefer the 09-14 fronts over the 04-08.
