If you go to a reputable wheel shop they will be able to get a rim for around $650 -750. I chose to repair mine for $275.

I also believe the damn lugs are like $8 each. And you need ford lugs for the centers to fit right on the 2011's

however, I am pretty sure there is a FORD accesory wheel kit for a set of 4 of these wheels with lug nuts. but I cant find a listing for them currently
Tasca has the msrp at $1416.52 and selling for $934.90. Plus a $50 core?

Damn the 2013 wheels are cheaper than my 2011's , so the $1400 is correct then.

Wow I thought that was for a set of 4!!! That's steep for a mediocre looking set of 22's. you can get a set of much nicer looking aftermarkets for way cheaper!

But a $10k accusation is just ridiculous.

I just bought a set of used 2011 F150 Limited 22" wheels& tires off eBay for just alittle over $1,900. I was looking for months & I kept finding them for $2,000 per wheel brand new without tires. I got really lucky when I found mine. There is a small scratch on one wheel which is barely noticeable & I'll probably get fixed for around $150. That guy is nuts trying to sell his wheels for $5,000. I hope no one is stupid enough to buy them from him.

I don't think it's as ridiculous as you think. If you go from ford msrp pricing. You can get to that figure with little problem. As I said just the tpms sensors will set you back near $600 at ford pricing. I've tried aftermarket $3 lugs on mine and they will not hold the centers. You need the ford lugs. At ford msrp you will have $400 in lugs alone. The plastic centers alone on the 2011 will set you back more than $300 for the set new from eBay. And even if you bought new with the online discounts direct from ford. You will be over $5k. For a complete set of wheels. I've sold 2 sets of the 2011's for $2500 each set. I've bought rockstars with tpms sensors mounted with nittos for $1800 new with shipping. But the rockstars are no where near the same quality as the factory's so you get what you pay for. Even the some of the best aftermarket wheels are usually cheaper to buy than a set of factory premium wheels. Insurance company's can total your car anymore for what they want for factory wheels.

And a lot of guys will pay the dealer price and have the dealer install them , to not have warranty issues. And many will not haggle for a better price bc they think its set in stone. I feel sorry for these people but in the long run. If they aren't comfortable doing things them selves or don't want hassles. It's the way to go. But no one should give a private seller dealer prices for what they are selling. But asking 5k may be high compared to eBay but he is probably willin to haggle. Personally it the highest asking price I've seen for limited wheels to date. Previously to this I've seen 3200 and I bought that set for 2100 and sold them for 2500. Pretty much breaking even with shipping.

The dudes ad has them for sale for $10,000!!!!! Even with your generous numbers, it still doesn't come close to $10,000!

I also find it hard to believe that the lugs run $400, that's almost $17 per lug!

His add did say they are filled with nitrogen. That's probably what rounds it up to $10k.
