I am almost ready to paint my 79 in camo brown plasti dip. If I was the truck up good and use a degreaser is this a good prep for the plasti dip?

I Plastidipped the wheels on our Wrangler, followed the cleanup procedure as outlined on DipYourCar. Been almost a year now, finish still looks good, adhering fine.
