The MPG difference from just a leveling kit would be hardly noticeable. But if you add larger tires like most people do with a leveling kit. The larger tires will make a noticeable drop in MPGs. Probably 2-3 MPGs depending on which tires you choose.

2011 SCrew - 6.5' bed

1. Ecoboost

2. 4" Rancho Lift

3. MPG's dropped 1-2, but hoping to get a tuner soon to adjust for bigger tire size to let truck think it's running stock tires, or adjust what the truck thinks it has for gears. Tuner on my last ford worked well and I actually got better milage than stock.

4. Nitto Terra Grapplers - 325/65R18 (34.88 x 12.99)

5. 4:10 gears that were an option with the FX4

Good luck finding gears. If you find some let me know. The 2011 and up are different and nobody makes them aftermarket yet. The only place that makes gears is ford and lowest gear they make is 4.10. And is very expensive. I am hoping aftermarket starts soon.[/QUOTE]

Try Ring & Pinion for 2011 and newer Fords. They are one of the leading suppliers of gears and have been around for ever and they simply specialize in gears etc. There website is: http://www.ringpinion.com/Default.aspx

Please post a picture of your truck. I have a Screw 6.5 and haven't seen one with the Rancho 4" yet. I'm thinking of getting that lift. Also I was wondering the width and offset of your wheels.

Edit : Oh nevermind, I found pics you posted in another thread. Nice truck.

X2, i wish they made 4.30 for our trucks. That would be a nice compromise
