Default Guys running lift kits or leveling kits with larger tires I have a few questions

1. which engine do you have 5.4, 5.0, 6.2, ecoboost

2. how much lift/level do you have?

3. what did your MPG's drop to after the lift/ level kit

4. what size wheels and tires do you have?

5. what gears do you have?

1. 5.0
2. 6 inch
3. Not sure what I was getting before, only had the truck 2 weeks before I lifted it. Gets any where for 13.5 to 15 depending in what kind of driving I'm doing
4. Wheels are 20x10. Tires are 35x12.5x20
5. 3.73 now. About to put 4.56 gears hopefully soon

1. 2009 5.4 FX4 Screw 6.5
2. Rancho 2" loaded quick lift in front, stock rear
3. 15 city / 18 hwy, added tuner at same time as level and tires, didn't see loss in mpg
4. 305/65/18 BFG's (33.6") on 18x9's with 35mm offset
5. 3.73 ELD

I have:

1. 5.4
2. 2 inch level
3.minimal- 1-2 mpg
4. 18 inch wheels, 275/75/18, appx 33's
5. 3.73

5.4

4 inch rancho lift

34.5x12 nitto trails

20x9 wheels 5 inch backspace

Mpg averages about 14-15

I drive about 75% highway

3.73 gears (can't decide on a swap)

Sct x3 tuner with 5 start tunes

Good luck finding gears. If you find some let me know. The 2011 and up are different and nobody makes them aftermarket yet. The only place that makes gears is ford and lowest gear they make is 4.10. And is very expensive. I am hoping aftermarket starts soon.

Look up hk2011fx4. He regeared his 2011 i believe and it was lower than 4.10

Pretty much the same thing here:
1. 2010 5.4 XLT SCREW 6.5
2. Rancho 2" loaded front 3" block in rear
3. About 2 mpg loss, 15 city and 17 hwy (@65)
4. 295/70 R18 (34.5") on stock 18" rims
5. 3.73 LSD

I have a programmer and my MPH on the speedo = GPS, So the computer underestimates my actual MPG.
