Yesterday I get into my 14 STX Sport, fire it off and get the chime and see drivers door ajar. I look and it is shut, I open it and shut it a second time all is good. I attempt to turn the radio down using the steering wheel control and it turns up ? I then attempt to turn it up and the station changes ? I then attempt to turn it down again and it turns down. What just happened? Waiting for an appointment at the local dealer.

My only guys would be computer failure. disconnect the battery, leave it off for 15 minutes or more, honk the horn a few times to make sure all the juice is gone, then reconnect the battery. That should reset most of the computer programming. If that doesn't work, then I hope you still have a BTB warranty cause electronics are not usually cheap to troubleshoot or repair.

Thanks Eco did not think about disconnecting the battery. The BTB is still in place as it will be 2 yrs next month with a little over 17,000 miles.
