My xlt has the chrome package, and it has nothing to do with the XTR, I'm not really sure what the XTR is because I saw one at my dealer with sync, no chrome, no power options and fog lights :s and it still cost $1000.00 more than my XLT

 

Maybe just the offroad package/max towing package and some other stuff?

 

I've had mine for a few months. I get a lot of compliments on the color. Here it is tucked back in the woods. And after.

How so? I have an XLT, not an XTR

 

XLT is the trim level you choose. XL, XLT, FX4, Lariat etc.
Then you could choose the XTR package on top of XLT. Back in 2010 when we purchased our truck, I think it added chrome wheels, front fog lamps and a few other appearance bits.

Edit: Forgot to say, Green Gem is a fantastic colour, especially after its had a good clean and the sun is shining. Loving all the pics.

When i looked at my xlt, there was an XTR on the lot, but It had almost non of those options described above, it only had fog lights, no chrome, same aluminum wheels as mine, and no power options, and no other appearance options aside from the XTR decal, when I asked about why it was a $1000.00 more than my XLT, they couldn't really say....lol anyways I was trying to say that the XTR doesn't replace the XLT in Canada because we can get both trim levels here.

 

And to add, I really love this color....

 

Here is mine. I had just gotten done installing the mud flaps. Now I also have a Lund roll up cover for the back of it as well.
