Default Just got a 2012

I figured I might as well post in here, since I just bought a 2012 Green Gem Metallic SCrew. Loving it! Keep getting asked if it's green or black.

I followed directions off YouTube on how to get the side pieces off took 5 mins to don the console itself took a bit longer. some guys drilled holes into the seat frame I made the holes a bit bigger on the console and reused the factory mounting holes and hardware. I have to figure out a container or something for were the floor shifter assembly was. im still looking for something at stores when im there. took a few houra to do everything and im happy with the results. next on the list is mount my 42" led light bar behind the grill and wire the switch panel feom kustom fx that goes in front of the overhead console. ill post pics when I get there.
yeah I have done the shifter to the floor mod in the 2011 F150 ecoboost I had, you will really like the shifter down in the console, I can`t remember I think I had to move like 8 wires or something like that from the steering column to the console for the console shifter, I even put in the front mounting bracket and put Rivet nuts in the trans tunnel to mount the bracket like factory, but the one thing always bug me was the gaps at the front since the Dash wasn`t design for the that console, but it turn out great. then eventually I traded in my 2011 for 2012 f150 platinum crew 4x4 ecoboost, good luck on the install, and if you need any help let me know, I will try to remember what I did.

Your truck looks amazing now. I have a list in mind, just will depend on whether or not I can fund it or if any of it gets vetoed by the wife.

2016 Lariat Two-tone on the way....I am stuck on whether I am going to replace the 20" PVD Chrome wheels and tires altogether, or just replace the Goodyears with BFG KO2 and see if I like it. Anyone have pics of how PVD's look with upgraded rubber? I plan to do an Autospring 2.5 level. Should look nice from what I've seen in my research so far.

Really kicking myself now for paying for the PVD option when I ordered..........

20" Mayhem Warrior (chrome) and BFG 275/60R20 going on immediately upon delivery...decided to hold of on rest of the mods, I want go slow and do a progressive build up. I have Lund Flares (with rivets) waiting for paint, if it looks like it will look good without lift/level. I decided to return my 2.5" AS level kit...just doesn't seem worth the potential hassle with issues/warranty/etc.. Hopefully taking delivery next week!
