I got my new struts/2" level put on today. It was not that hard, just had to get a plan together first. Everything looks good, NOW...

I took it to Treadquarters for an alignment and asked them to check torque specs. Well, everything was loose... He said one of the bolts still had eight turns in it... Could have been bad...

I tightened them as tight as I could with a wrench and an impact gun... Scary.

Now all you need is more tire sidewall to fill the fenders with.

Welcome to the mod suck zone.

I do not know the numbers, but, honestly, it was not much further off than before. However, I feel like I needed one anyways.

It did not seem as bad off as one would expect. As others have mentioned in other posts, though, getting one afterwards is worth the investment.

If you do this kind of work often it's worth getting a torque wrench. If anything after a while you'll start to get a feel for how tight things need to be even when you can't fit a torque wrench in certain spots.

I always keep a 24" breaker bar for such an occasion as this. I did my own coilover/leveling install and marked the bolt locations. Almost 2 years later and 25k miles and they haven't budged. Comes in handy a lot!
