@bell4fan

After reading this thread completely i usually don’t jump in on bashing or fighting on a forum cause its immature and proves nothing and just shows how really un-intelligent bell4fan really is. Like where do you come up with your points and dumb stuff u say you make no sense and everything you say is to start a fight. Who starts a fight on a forum behind a computer screen. How did you survive an abortion. Grow up and if you don’t have anything relevant to say they shut your mouth.

As a daily driver that econmy is important, what spec would you order?

Save the money on the extra diesel and buy a F150 with the 5.0, throw a twin screw Kenne Bell on there, and you will have more than enough power to tow occasionally while keeping basically stock mpg's. (if you can keep out of the boost). New twin screws only take a few hp to turn when not in boost, so you wouldnt lose any mpgs for normal driving. You'd have gobs of torque down low also.

I had an 03 Cobra with a Kenne Bell and got upwards of 25mpg on the highway just cruising, with 3.90 gears. On spirited drives I'd get around 10 mpg...

BTW Duramaxes suck Dont say you werent warned, the reliability is pisspoor. The only diesel I would recommend is the Cummings on Rams no other diesel engines comes close.
You would think someone who knows so much about diesels could spell CUMMINS correctly.
