Default good dealerships

I just had my 13 fx4 taken in for its first oil change and alignment issue with the front tires pulling to the right with the steering wheel straight. Dealer said they need to order a kit for the alignment. They said it will be covered under warranty and a free rental I'll update when I get the truck back

I wish you well, be sure to do the walk around with the service writer so he can document no damages to your truck.

What kit did they say is needed? My 2013 had the steering wheel off center to the right and my dealer wasted my time trying to correct it so I took it to a a front end shop who does my tires and BAM, they set it and should me the before and after. Scary what the dealer did to the alignment. Toe was out as well as camber on the passenger side (if i recall).

Now she drives straight as an arrow and if I am on a road with a right crown the wheel is cocked to the left a bit and vice versa when on a left crown road. Just like it should be.

I hope your alignment works out well, please keep us posted and MAKE sure you get a before/after of your alignment specs.
