This is a fx4 supercrew 401a package. After accessories added the msrp is 41516. They are giving me $2500, $1000 and $500 for incentives using FMC. Xplan price with incentives is 37,516. I am hoping to get $750 brochure in mail and I have a trade I haven't discussed that will be $3-4k.

I just found a similar truck in MD eight he exact same options for $34322. I emaikdd dealer this price and asked if they will match or I will gladly drive to MD and purchase there waiting on response still.

Think I'm going about this in a way that will get me where I want to be on price? I was fine with $35-36k out the door before trade but since I found the truck in MD I want that price now

Based on my last 2 truck prices (2012 xlt 12k off MSRP and 2013 Lariat 9.5k off) and what I have seen others getting. There should be no reason to not get at least 9 to 10k+ off MSRP. You are bring roughly 5k to the table yourself (2500 bonus, 1000 finance, 750 for trade, and 750 coupon. So the dealer should be able to discount 4 or 5k. If you go with a 5.0 theres and extra 500 off (not suggesting 5.0 or eco here just letting you know)
As far as driving to get a truck, I just bought one 500 miles away and they delivered to my door and took my trade at no extra charge. I was dealing with them and realized where they were. I told him they were too far for me to drive over and he told me not to worry. That being said, I went to the local dealers and looked at and drove all the trucks I liked and narrowed it down so I wasn't totally buying sight unseen. I always try local first, but they never want to come off MSRP by more than my incentives

I don't think that dealer quoted you xplan pricing. You do realize that a MSRP of $41,516 minus $4750 in rebates/incentives is $36,766 ??? And they quoted you $37516 before TTL ? Someone is taking you for a ride! Math is your friend.

Im pretty sure xplan rules are once you tell them you have xplan, thats what you have to go with. Theres no further negotiating with xplan.

No, that's not true. I have been able to use xplan for over 20 years and I have had the dealer beat xplan at times and at other times xplan was the best option. But there is no rule that once you say you have xplan that you have to use it. Fact I have created a pin and then not used it when I bought. Just FYI

The price they gave me is xplan and I added two accessories coming to the total of 37615 after all fbates and xplan. I'm curious if they will come down more to match the pricing I sent them of another dealer. Worse case scenario they don't move on it and I go to MD to buy

I paid that for an ecoboost with the 402a package, Bedliner, remote start, etc. that's not a good deal.
For that price you can buy this
