I think 39,950 would be it.

Is the 49900 MSRP the top MSRP on the sticker?
I think it is.

With FMC you should be able to see $37,500 - 38500

I think that 40909 price is pretty good. I am picking up mine 2012 lariat loaded with all those opitons today, it stickered for just over 50,360 and I shopped on line for 3 weeks and had over 12 dealers qoute me prices No trade in. And the best price I got was your original number $41. Now I did come up with a couple of FX4's loaded this way for just under 38. Apparently there was bigger rebates on XLT and Fx4's. If you wait a few weeks toward end of October probably can do good.

I am confused, why would FMC, and I assume it stands for Ford Motor Credit, give you a lower sticker price?

As a new member of this forum, and a GM guy, I always haggled with the dealer, can you explain your post??

If you can get 10k off sticker I think you've done pretty well.

You get an incentive to use FMC rather than coming in with your own financing. The rate is a little higher than what you can get on your own, but Ford is making money on the financing of the truck. The current offer is $1,000 Ford Credit Retail Bonus Customer Cash.

Use FMC = $1K off the negotiated price of the new truck.
