STONER'S, then wipe down with a good microfiber towel....then newspapers for the ultimate removal of lingering smears. Key to the newspaper use is to get them and wad them up several times, punch them about a bit, 'fluff theme up', so to speak. Takes a bit of elbow grease, make no mistake as they don't glide well over the glass.
But yeah...the results are worth it.

Edit: Do NOT do this on film-tinted windows! It will scratch the living dog-shiet out of the film!

Here is another (as seen on tv) thing. It called The Next Generation it a microfiber cloth but it different than your ordinary micro cloth. You just wet it wring it and wipe, streak free spot free lint free. Never streaks glass, mirrors or windows and never use window cleaners again. It even polishes as it cleans, great for inside windows. I use it all the time and it really really works.

I personally have had great sucess with Invisible glass (spray not foam) and old cotton bed sheets/pillow cases. There have cases where 2 cleaning applications were necessary but for me no streaks or smudges.

I pick it up at Wally World when ever I'm there.

I have found that Champion Windows has a really stellar glass cleaner. I use it with a microfiber towel and haven't had any problems with streaks. I am unsure if it has ammonia in it for the tinted guys though.

Last few times I have cleaned my windshield, I have had great luck with the Stoner Invisible Glass and crumpled up newspapers, it seems to cut the annoying " hazy film" without streaking.

I have also used the "As seen on TV gadget, and it did work OK, not great, but OK on the hazy film removal. That was with just using water though (as it states on the package), I have to try some actual cleaner with it, I'm sure it will work much better.
