Something to keep in mind if you are leaning towards in front of the rear wheel exit is over time it can discolour the wheel center and lead to premature corrosion of your wheels. Remember the “97” model year that had that set up? I worked at a dealership and there was a TSB issued for correcting the wheel centers discolouring and customers were getting new exhausts from the converter back that exited aft of the rear wheel. Good deal for them. I bet it was considered a mistake by Ford. I looked cool though.

he said behind the rear wheels not the front

I really really like your setup. What size tips are those? 4''?

I had the shop put them right behind the rear wheels on both sides like the single stock exhaust is angled. I dont like how they look straight out, personally, and i've seen a lot of trucks with straight out that have one sagging lower than the other after a while... that would make me a little angry.. haha

No they are 3.5" x 18 but I think I should have gone up to 4" though.

Sides--They look cleaner and more classy than shotgun barrels sticking out the back.

I like the straight out the back look personally. Got it on my '91, and I think it's a great look.

Well not sure what you use your truck for, but if you ever pull a livestock trailer, it should be out the side.
