I'll give it a shot, you mean the background? What color is your truck?
Screen App, is just a scene launcher/task, if i use my tablet w/ the truck off, when i'm done i can tap that and it goes back to the way it was.
I'm using an AOKP rom, in there you can set the different options including the spacing f the buttons, found the launcher "Apex" to be much nicer, lets ya use the full screen width.

Cool, I'll give smooth rom / aokp a try. I already have nova launcher and played around with it a bit. I don't need to be rooted for that do I? I'm not interested in getting that in depth with this install.

Corey, Here you go
To apply the image correctly, i recommend you use "Image 2 Wallpaper" or something to that effect.
Edit: If you can't download full res from below, Link to my Google Drive
For anyone who wants these heres a bunch of different renderings. There the following colors: Red, Better Red, Green, Blue Flame, Blue Jeans, Pink, Purple, Golden Brown, Orange-Brown, and Black. Each color can have either Blank, Eco, Coyote, or just F150.
Credit for the original blue background goes to Frontlineeco
Some Samples:
These fit/optimized for the nexus 7 screen. If you send me a screenshot of your layout/screen of the larger devices, I can "optimize" the images for those devices.

Got mine all installed and working nicely, but I'm having a charging issue.
I have: N7 tablet >> charging cable >> 2.1 amp charger >> extra 12v cig outlet >> AAF >> 10 amp accessory fuse (#38).
It's receiving power but not fast enough. While driving it seems to either hold steady or slowly bleed power while only running power amp audio app and navigation.
20 minutes of driving this morning and it was 31% the whole time. Also have tasker putting it to sleep when the truck is off.

GPS pulls battery the most, I put it on a toggle and only use it when I want.
I'm not for sire it makes a difference that mine is on a different rom and kernal but it pretty much stays at 100. I also have it shut everything off when the truck is off, it stayed off for two weeks and was still at 72 percent when I returned.
Yellowfinii had an idea to have a y cable with a slow charger and a 2.1, the bigger will show AC power rather than DC, have tasker only go on for AC so its basically getting a trickle charge from the DC when off. I'm not sure if anyone has tried it.
