Yeah i plan on keeping the Fox BV reservoir stickers and transferring the one to the opposite side. I ordered some 8 inch Ford Performance decals for the shock bodys. Hope to have stickers and install done by this weekend. I wanna do the swap tomorrow but now i wanna wait for the stickers because it wont be easy once they are on. AHHHHHH!!!

Just installed the gen 2, 3.0 raptor shocks yesterday! They are awesome! With the autosprings rear leveling block the shocks Are riding at a height of 24.75 which I think is gonna be perfect! Rides awesome in the rear, my king 2.5 resivoirs will be going in the front to finish it off! Thanks again for the input everyone, for anyone just tuning in it’s a 2010 longbed, 2.5 inch autosprings leveling kit with 35 inch x3s

Just an update on the fronts. Played around with them today and got them in, kinda. The gen 2 top hat and studs work in our coil bucket unlike the gen 1 raptor guys , where they are to short for them. They also fit the lower control arm as well without any modification. Problem I ran into is the same issues the gen 1 guys have , the springs are to big and hit the frame. Because of this I could only get the top or bottom in, but not both together. I'm going to pick up a set of gen 1 springs and I should be good to on the install. I'll keep everyone posted once they show up and I can swap the springs.

Did you adjust the fronts at all? IIRC they have 3 levels of ride height. I have a 4" BDS installed with no lift blocks in the back and skyjacker springs instead and am considering swapping over to 2017-2018 Raptor foxes if they work with the lift.

The gen2 struts are not adjustable like the gen1's are. But from everything I have read, the gen2 struts ride at gen1 mid perch height. I will know for sure next week hopefully when I get some more time to work on it. I'll get measurements on them when I pull them out again and compare them to my 6" full lift strut that came with my BDS kit.

Excellent. I have the gen 2 rears coming and will have to be on the look out for gen 2 fronts if it ends up working out. Any chance you have the part number on the gen1 coils you'll be putting on?

Have you installed the rear shocks and if so did they fit well with the 6in lift?
