Yes, they are pretty simple to install using existing hole locations and provided screws and clips!

Thanks for the comment on the truck. I bought these because they are heavy duty thick rubber and longer than most. When I took the original running boards off and put Amps on, I needed something for protection and I am very happy to have these. You will need to buy the mounting brackets for the rear also. I used existing flare molding holes with clip nuts 1/4in. I have some pics if you decide on these to try and help out.

I'm thinking on these, but I will have the OEM liners as well (in transit soon) So my concerns are how to make this look really clean, but also work better than anything else I can find. I was thinking the Weather Techs are the best no fuss no drill flaps for this model. But if I could make a bracket that works the same for the gators, I would go gators all day long. They seem like they would have better protection, only down side is maybe install time and costs? Please post any photos you have that will be most helpful and thanks again for the help.

I put rear liners on prior to the flaps also.

This is basically a dead on match to my rig, color / model and config, accept mine has a license plate bracket, which I will replace to be a dead on with the pic below. So this is what I'm trying to protect.

Ok cool, so I wonder if we can come up with some kind of ZERO drill plate or will that be a bigger PITA? Thanks again.

The OEMS are nice but they don't have solid coverage in the rear

Ok thanks for that info it would be the Weather Techs or the Gators, maybe even go after the offsets. Again I'm after coverage as a bonus I love the look.
