So my truck will be going in to the dealer again wednesday to have the clutch pack replaced again. This will be the 5th (maybe even 6th, its been so many) time they've "repaired" this under warranty. They will not admit that there is a problem they just keep replacing them and i'm sure they are waiting till the extended warranty runs out. So has anyone else had issues like this? I had heard of fords having rear end issues before i bought mine but i wasnt expecting this.

58,500 miles on my 2011 XLT 4WD and recently had rubbing/grinding noises while turning left and right at very low speeds and a slight vibration when starting from a dead stop. Took it to the Ford dealer, drove around the lot with a service writer, and he agreed that it is probably bad clutch packs. Left my truck there and the next day by noon they had my truck finished - new clutch packs and the noise and vibrations are gone..... No charge!
