Default FX2

I was at the dealership car lot today and saw an FX2. I was thinking of ordering a STX but the FX2 has a much nicer interior with the center console shifter and leather seats. On the Ford build site it doesn't list an FX2. Does anyone know hwere I can go to build an FX2?

They used to but I noticed shortly after I picked up my truck in early April they stopped. Maybe they've stopped taking FX2 orders.?

you have to choose it as a package on the XLT when you build one on the Ford website.

+1, threw every option i could into my fx2 over buying a 4x4 Sure, 4x4 for winter is awesome, i had a subaru. but i drove my mustang one year in the snow.... People just whine too much about RWD vehicles!

the fx2/fx4/raptor are the nicests trucks in my taste! just a shame i didnt spend an extra $15k to $40k to step up a model :o

some extra weight, good tires and learn to drive in the weather!

Picked up my FX2 a few weeks back.. People seem to forget unless you are off roading or the occasional snow fall, 99% of the time your vehicle will be run in RWD drive mode for most people.

Agree 100%, I thought about getting 4x4 just for the sake of resale value but I dont think Im going to cough up the extra cash for it.
