Default Fuse Question

Installed F-150LED brake lights on my 2012. Soldered the resistor and a week later my right blinker is inop. The running lights work but no blinking during signaling and the bright doesn't come on during breaking. I don't have my manual and I am trying to trace out a possible fuse. Can anyone help?

Maybe f40 inside. I'd recommend returning those, upgrading to Diode Dynamics, and using Forscan to turn off hyperblinking instead of resistors. Also, you can find the original manual online. Joe should be along any time now to provide a link if you can't find it.

Resistors get entirely too hot, imho.

Resistors do not get any hotter than an actual bulb and Ford puts those in plastic sockets, attach the proper resistors with heat sink built in and never look back.

Lol. This is entirely true.
I guess just make sure your wires are zipped nicely to prevent them from touching the resistor once re-installed.

Hope you figure out how to fix the issue you're having! If you do decide to purchase new bulbs altogether, we do offer free shipping for all US forum members! Just PM us if you need the code!
