Which one is on your 5.0? The web site says F107 but this is also on the site:

I used f107 and the n107 extender on my 2011 eb i believe the 5.0 takes the same. if you have any doubt email them they will respond quickly for the record it works great for home oil change but shops hate them because the do drain a little slower.
