I ordered mine and was told by my salesman that it comes with a full tank of gas.

After reviewing the invoice, I see a $140 fuel charge. I'll be discussing that when the truck arrives next month.

When I test drove my truck, it only had a splash of gas (to prevent gas theft while on the lot). But when I signed, it was gas it up and wash it up.

That's a cheap skate dealer for sure... might have been a deal breaker for me. I just purchased my f150 back in June. They made sure to top it off before I left the lot.

Got mine less than 2 weeks ago; salesguy mentioned that they topped it off while saying goodbye.

Then he mentioned I should bring my F150 back when it wasn't raining for another wash/detailing.

All the local dealers got a notice that they are only allowed to put $60 of gas in the vehicles for customers. I guess that's just another new vehicle perk you can cross off the list.
