Default Frozen washer nozzles

I have a 2014 that the washer nozzles freeze up and wont spray. The fluid is good for -27. I took the line apart under the hood and have fluid coming out there.
This happens after a freezing rain. I have also made sure they are not blocked.
Any Ideas on how to keep this from happening.

The ones on my 2012 do the same thing. After a snow, freezing rain, etc. I scrape the opening with my knife. I believe the water lays across the hole and then freezes.

Weird, maybe try adding some 91% rubbing alcohol to tank or spraying some on nozzle to see if there is a coat of ice blocking them

Mine are clear. Did some research and the 15's are having this problem. They said there is a check valve under the cowl and when cold it won't work. Going to look at mine tomorrow.

That makes some sense. I've had mine not spray, and then start to spray, like they would if your fluid was low. But my tank was full. A sticking check valve would do this.
