My drivers window was dead this morning. Started engine remotely, unlocked all doors, got in, inserted key and lit everything up, but drivers window was inert; passenger side window quirky too. Both read and sliding rear worked fine.
drove to work turned ignition off/on and drivers side started working again. Passenger side still a bit hesitent and quirky.
Passengers window has been doing this since i got the truck in September, but i thought i was just imagining things.
I'm going to talk to the dealer and see what they have to say about it.

My drivers front is acting up to as well. I had it happen once before. The connector on the motor loose inside. I thought I remedied it, but its back again 5 months later. Going to dig into it again later.

Fixed it. Where the harness plugs into the window control unit on the motor, I had to bend one of the pins so it would make better contact. Be warned if you decide to drive into it, the plastic sheet that they have stuck between the door and the interior plastic sucks to remove and replace! Not the first time I had to deal with it though.

Besides the glitchy switches for some reason the speed on my front windows is like they took a couple of hits of speed. You can't get them to stop where you want them they just continue on down or up until they want to stop. Sometimes it is close to where you want it and other times it just goes to the end of it's travel. This may sound like a small problem but to me it sounds like a nightmare. One of my grandsons is enamored of all vehicles cars trucks you name it he wants to drive it. Thankfully he hasn't gotten the keys to the truck and then tried the windows.
